Happy Schedule Day!

Outside of the draft and the beginning of training camp, one of the most exciting days of the NFL offseason is the day when the schedule for next season is released. The NFL has gotten wind of this and turned the whole event into a hooplah. It hasn't reached the size and scale of Selection Sunday yet, but give it a few years and it might.

NFL.com has the full story.

If you have NFL Network and are looking for a football fix tomorrow night at 7, tune in.

NFL.com will also have the full schedules posted right at 7, so hop on over there to find out who the Steelers play which weekend. We already know the opponents, it's just a matter of when.

We'll try to get the schedule cross-posted here as quickly as possible, not that you should be coming to us for breaking news since we're almost guaranteed to be at least a day behind, but it'll be good to reference.

The Penguins start their playoff run Wednesday night in Pittsburgh.
The Pensblog.
That's the only Pens link you'll ever need.

The Pirates are playing .500 ball...for now.
WHYGAVS?

Anyone who blogs about the Pirates should be sainted.
Pat over at WHYGAVS? (Where Have You Gone Andy Van Slyke?) has been doing it for years. Hard to immagine.
