If you said "Listen to pump up music and pump some Iron" then you're on the right track.
If you're having trouble putting together a good mix of pump-up songs for tomorrow night's game, here are some suggestions.
You don't talk pump-up music without talking AC/DC. They pretty much wrote the book on songs that are played at stadiums to get people fired up.
The essentials:
Back In Black
Thunderstruck
Highway to Hell
You Shook Me All Night Long
Other worthwhile songs:
Hells Bells
It's A Long Way To The Top
For Those About To Rock

While Metallica has had a different sound in each of their albums, you can probably find at least one good pump-up song from every album.
The essentials:
Battery
Seek & Destroy
For Whom The Bell Tolls
Enter Sandman
Other worthwhile songs:
Master of Puppets
Of Wolf and Man
Creeping Death

Undeniably the greatest band ever has to make an appearance on this list. However, the greatest song of all time, as it usually comes out on top of many "Best Songs" lists, doesn't make the essentials part of this list because of the slower first half. By all means, rock out to the second half of Stairway.
The Essentials:
Black Dog
Rock & Roll
The Ocean
Kashmir
Other worthwhile songs:
Stairway to Heaven
Trampled Underfoot
Over the Hills and Far Away

No playlist of adrenaline-pumping songs is complete without the Boss. Springsteen has been rocking stadiums since the 1970s and has shown on his current tour that he's still got it.
The Essentials:
Born to Run
Radio Nowhere
Badlands
Dancing in the Dark
Other worthwhile songs:
American Land
Jackson Cage
No Surrender

Have to agree about AC/DC being a staple of stadium pump up songs. I found this list of pump up songs a week ago and I find it great for private listening.
